This eProcurement System is designed for a closed group use only. After a formal registration, review, and approval of the vendor or supplier in our preferred list, an end-user could be granted required level of access to this system by the Yunica Retail's team in good faith. An authorised users should access this system for business purpose only.

Please note that all procurement related information published in this system is considered highly confidential and availed to authorised  preferred vendors or suppliers only based on trust. Therefore, they are expected to use this information carefully to understand our business requirements properly and bid for the opportunities with a formal quotation. Each quote would be evaluated by the authorised procurement committee in a fair manner prior to award of contract. After the contract is awarded to a given vendor, they can supply required physical goods to us in accordance with guidelines specified in this system.

The authorised vendors or suppliers can use the information published through this system for their internal team consumption only. They must not share or distribute information about these confidential requirements to any other party without written consent. Any incident of data bread or violation of our terms & conditions could result into termination of all the contracts and permanent black-listing of your firm with immediate effect. 

We enable our Procurement Managers to get instant access to the current status of procurement of goods and service through this system.
